Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work full time in Boston
- Willingness to comply with loss prevention policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with no work experience required
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead and encourage others
- Advocates sound financial and business decision making
- Leads by example with honesty and integrity
- Handles employee questions and concerns
- Supports all areas of the Front Office in the absence of management
- Supports daily Front Desk shift operations
- Provides above-and-beyond customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
