Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work full time in Boston
  • Willingness to comply with loss prevention policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with no work experience required
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead and encourage others
  • Advocates sound financial and business decision making
  • Leads by example with honesty and integrity
  • Handles employee questions and concerns
  • Supports all areas of the Front Office in the absence of management
  • Supports daily Front Desk shift operations
  • Provides above-and-beyond customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
