Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • Or two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Ability to lead and support a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and assist with daily front desk shift operations
  • Support and mentor front desk team members
  • Handle guest complaints and conflicts professionally
  • Participate in employee training and performance evaluations
  • Monitor staffing to meet guest service and financial goals
  • Ensure adherence to credit policies and maximize room revenue
