Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front office supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with the Front Office Manager and assist in overseeing the front office operation of front desk and night audit
  • Work shifts with the front desk agents and night auditors, and lead by example with excellent leadership skills and impeccable hospitality guest service
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing and evaluating, coaching and counseling and recognizing and rewarding front desk agents and night auditors
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
  • Assist in identifying operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct those deficiencies
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
