Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Or two-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work full time
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with two years experience in guest services or front desk
  • Or two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel property management
  • Experience in supporting staff training and performance evaluation
  • Understanding of financial impacts of front desk activities

Job Duties

  • Lead and assist with daily front desk operations
  • Support and manage front office team including Bell/Door Staff and Switchboard
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in training and coaching staff on customer service standards
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and financial goals
  • Support financial and administrative tasks including credit policy adherence
  • Promote and support customer recognition and service programs
