Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead front office team and assist with daily shift operations
  • support front desk and guest services to meet customer expectations
  • resolve guest complaints and handle disputes professionally
  • participate in department meetings and communicate front desk goals
  • provide coaching and training to staff
  • ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures
  • maximize room revenue through same day selling procedures
  • support employee performance appraisal process
  • maintain loss prevention policies
  • perform front desk duties as necessary
