Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers
- Conduct sampling and suggestive selling
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Oversee day-to-day food court operations including training, scheduling, and inventory control
- Assist with preparing and cooking large quantities of food
- Ensure adherence to company and state sanitation regulations
- Control shrinkage by following related policies
- Maintain cold case, hot food, and cooling logs consistent with store policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
