Job Duties
- Aid the manager in overseeing daily activities and tasks
- The main focus is on providing a positive experience for all guests
- Ensure strict adherence to franchise and brand standards by following all policies and procedures diligently, which encompass aspects such as maintaining food safety standards, upholding cleanliness requirements, executing product promotions, and managing cash handling procedures as prescribed
- Manage and educate a team of hardworking individuals as directed by leadership
- Offer insights to both management and the team
- Appropriately deploy crew members across various responsibilities during the shift and ensure clear communication about their duties
- Carry out assigned responsibilities as a team member in food production, customer service, and ensuring that the store remains clean and orderly
- Take charge of the restaurant's management when the Store Manager is not present
