Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve problems diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, and percentages
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information effectively to groups
- Must complete ServSafe Alcohol certification
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively from various audiences
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Successful completion of ServSafe Alcohol certification course
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
Job Duties
- Supervise a Food and Beverage Outlet and manage the overall daily operations of a designated shift
- Administer and manage operational goals while monitoring performance and profit objectives
- Coordinate scheduling with attention to guest satisfaction
- Assist in budget process and provide recommendations while ensuring compliance to budget initiatives
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to company standards
- Ensure enforcement of gaming laws and regulations relevant to Food and Beverage functions
- Maintain and develop food service procedures and inspect menu items for customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining cost control methods and monitor inventory on shift
- Support Food and Beverage Outlet Assistant Manager with administrative duties
- Ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility
- Maintain confidentiality on all departmental and company matters
