Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4+ years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations
- minimum 1 year supervisory or lead experience
- valid ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification required or must obtain within 30 days
- valid TIPS/TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred or must obtain within 30 days
- strong customer service and communication skills
- proficiency in POS and inventory management systems
- ability to manage labor and cost control processes
- flexible availability including nights
- weekends
- and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift/carry up to 40-50 lbs
- willingness to work in hot/cold and fast-paced environments during extended hours
- reliable and organized work ethic
Job Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of restaurant or hotel F&B experience with 1+ year in a supervisory/lead role
- strong guest-service mindset and floor presence
- confident conflict resolution and communication skills
- working knowledge of POS
- reservations/waitlist platforms
- and inventory tools
- proficient in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace
- solid grasp of labor management
- basic P&L concepts
- and cost controls
- certifications: ServSafe Food Protection Manager and TIPS/TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol preferred or obtained within 30 days
