Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring efficiency and a positive guest experience
  • Maintain personal contact with guests and community clients to foster relationships and guest loyalty
  • Maintain high service and product quality by implementing procedures addressing deficiencies and taking corrective action
  • Supervise food and beverage team supporting recruitment training scheduling and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and brand standards throughout all food and beverage operations
  • Assist with ordering receiving and physical inventory of all food and beverage products
  • Monitor controls for supplies keys money handling and credit transactions
  • Complete accurate and timely food and beverage reporting including banquet reconciliation tickets and PMS postings
