Job Requirements
- U.S. work authorization
- bachelor's degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management
- one year of leadership experience in food and beverage
- knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards
- ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage systems including MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, labor management and payroll systems
- positive attitude and team approach
- strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management
- one year of leadership experience in food and beverage
- leadership oversight of multiple outlets and departments
- working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and procedures
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage systems including MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, labor management and payroll systems
- positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
- ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
- energetic and professional approach to the craft
Job Duties
- Support all food and beverage outlets of the hotel in the day-to-day operations
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees as necessary
- ensure established cultural and core standards are met
- plan daily activities and outlet operations
- be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints or special requests
- describe and ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory and cash control
- attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination and cooperation between departments
- observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend improvements
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
