Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States unless currently in managerial role with another Four Seasons location
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to operational needs
- Solid work ethic and good business acumen
- Passion for service
- Prior experience in mixed-use residential hotel preferred
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- One to two years experience in line, supervisory, or assistant manager role in food and beverage
- Knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Ability to operate computer equipment and food and beverage computer systems
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in Mimo Restaurant
- Be visible in operation, provide recognition, promote public relations, and handle guest complaints and requests
- Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of food and beverage items while complying with alcohol service laws
- Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
- Attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination between departments
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections and improvements
- Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
