Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2+ years in food and beverage management preferred
- wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

Job Duties
- support and manage the banquet department while collaborating with other hotel departments
- supervise, empower, lead, coach, and motivate banquet staff
- ensure timely and proper setup of all functions and meetings according to specifications
- review banquet event orders for communication and understanding
- coordinate and execute all events with culinary, stewarding, catering, and beverage teams
- maintain compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards through daily walkthroughs
- develop creative decor for banquet function spaces
- manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to optimize quality and cost
- oversee flawless execution of banquets and coordinate with clients and internal teams
- analyze financial and operational data to drive revenue and profitability
- facilitate payroll, reporting, forecasting, and inventory management
- optimize staff scheduling to control labor costs
- serve as primary contact for high-profile clients during events
- monitor guest satisfaction and implement corrective actions
- enforce all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- train staff on emergency procedures and legal requirements
- implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
- coach and counsel employees to maintain Hyatt service standards
- ensure quality control for food and beverage
- work alongside Food & Beverage Operations Manager on payroll, reports, and budgets
- stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- execute promotional activations across multiple outlets
- manage Open Table engagement
- resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction
