Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
  • OR two-year degree from an accredited university
  • one year of experience in food and beverage or related field
  • ability to supervise daily operations
  • knowledge of F and B policies and standards
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to operate department equipment and report malfunctions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
  • OR two-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with one year of experience
  • knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with all policies and standards
  • supports and supervises a monthly self-inspection program
  • operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
  • supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • encourages cooperation and mutual respect among team members
  • develops and implements goals and plans to organize work efficiently
