Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university
- one year of experience in food and beverage or related field
- ability to supervise daily operations
- knowledge of F and B policies and standards
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to operate department equipment and report malfunctions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR two-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with one year of experience
- knowledge of brand specific service culture
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to manage food and beverage operations
Job Duties
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with all policies and standards
- supports and supervises a monthly self-inspection program
- operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- encourages cooperation and mutual respect among team members
- develops and implements goals and plans to organize work efficiently
