Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- One year of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to supervise daily operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in budget comprehension and payroll management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with one year of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and understand operating statements and payroll progress reports
Job Duties
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies, standards and procedures
- Supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
- Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- Provides services that exceed guest expectations and manages day-to-day operations to maintain quality and standards
