Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to supervise staff and daily operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of brand specific service culture
- Ability to analyze budgets and payroll progress reports
Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
- Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
- Operate departmental equipment and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
- Encourage trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
