Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Ability to supervise staff and daily operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • Ability to analyze budgets and payroll progress reports

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operate departmental equipment and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
  • Encourage trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
