Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to work full time
- Availability to work in Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required

Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
- Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
- Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
- Encourage mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work tasks
