Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Ability to work full time
  • Availability to work in Minneapolis, Minnesota
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Knowledge of brand-specific service culture
  • Ability to demonstrate appropriate customer service behaviors
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Budget comprehension and payroll reporting abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
  • Encourage mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work tasks
