Job Duties
- assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
- operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
- encourages mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- develops goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
- communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up
- coordinates cleaning programs identifying trends and recommending improvements
- follows recovery plans and stays approachable for all team members
