Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in related major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
  • Ability to supervise daily operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work full time
  • Eligible to work in the location
  • Commitment to uphold brand standards and legal obligations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related area
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reports

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring policy, standards and procedure compliance
  • Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program
  • Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
  • Provide services above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
