Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
- Ability to supervise daily operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work full time
- Eligible to work in the location
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and legal obligations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related area
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Knowledge of brand specific service culture
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reports
Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring policy, standards and procedure compliance
- Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- Provide services above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
