Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage or culinary
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage or culinary
  • Ability to operate department equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work full time
  • Management experience
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and legal compliance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage or culinary
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field with 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reports

Job Duties

  • Assist in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations and ensure compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Communicate areas needing attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding
