Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage or culinary
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage or culinary
- Ability to operate department equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work full time

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage or culinary
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field with 1 year experience
- Knowledge of brand specific service culture
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reports
Job Duties
- Assist in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations and ensure compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
- Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial objectives
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Communicate areas needing attention to staff and follow up to ensure understanding
