Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operation ensuring compliance with policies, standards and procedures
- supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
- operates department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives
- encourages mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
- communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up to ensure understanding
- coordinates cleaning programs identifying trends and recommending improvements
- stays readily available and approachable for team members
- demonstrates knowledge of brand-specific service culture
- provides services above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- serves as a role model demonstrating appropriate behaviors
- manages daily operations ensuring quality and standards
- takes proactive approaches to guest concerns
