Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- three years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- or two-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with one year experience
- ability to supervise and lead teams
- strong communication skills
- availability to perform hourly job function if necessary
- commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence

Job Duties
- assist in ordering food and beverage supplies
- supervise daily food and beverage shift operations
- support and supervise monthly self inspection programs
- operate department equipment and report malfunctions
- supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- encourage mutual trust and cooperation among team members
- develop goals and plans to prioritize and organize work
- communicate areas needing attention and follow up
- coordinate cleaning programs and recommend improvements
- follow property specific recovery plans
- provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns proactively
- review guest feedback and respond to customer service requests
- provide information to supervisors and coworkers
- analyze information and solve problems
- perform hourly job functions when necessary
- maintain professionalism and courtesy
- comprehend budgets and payroll reports
