Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area with 2-year degree
- Ability to supervise and manage daily operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns proactively
- Knowledge of budgets and payroll reports
- Available to work full-time
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area or 1 year with 2-year degree
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service culture
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, assists with supervising daily food and beverage shift operations, ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies and standards, supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs, supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives, encourages and builds mutual trust and cooperation among team members, communicates operational concerns and follows up for understanding
