Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR two-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- At least one year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to operate department equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to comprehend budgets and payroll reports
- Flexibility to perform hourly duties if necessary
- Must be available for full-time employment
- Commitment to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with one year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Demonstrated knowledge of brand-specific service culture
- Proven ability to manage daily food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficient in communication and conflict resolution
- Ability to analyze operational data and financial reports
- Experience in guest satisfaction management and service excellence
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program
- Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Provides services above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Serves as a role model demonstrating appropriate behaviors
- Manages day-to-day operations to ensure quality, standards, and customer expectations are met
- Takes proactive approaches to guest concerns
- Sets a positive example for guest relations
- Reviews comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees
- Responds timely to customer service requests
- Provides information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, written form, email, or in person
- Analyzes information and evaluates results to solve problems
