Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- Ability to supervise daily operations
- Knowledge of brand service culture
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work full time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and compliance standards
- Ability to manage budgets and staffing effectively
- Proficient in guest relations and customer service excellence
Job Duties
- Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies and cleaning supplies
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
- Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- Encourages mutual trust and cooperation among team members
- Manages day-to-day operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
