Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 1 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
  • Ability to supervise daily operations
  • Knowledge of brand service culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work full time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage budgets and staffing effectively
  • Proficient in guest relations and customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies and cleaning supplies
  • Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations ensuring compliance with policies and standards
  • Supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
  • Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • Encourages mutual trust and cooperation among team members
  • Manages day-to-day operations ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
