Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to supervise staff
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and operational tasks
- Knowledge of legal obligations and standards
- Availability to work varied shifts
- Physical ability to perform operational duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage or related area, OR 2-year degree in food service management, hospitality, or related field with 1 year experience

Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies, Assist in ordering cleaning supplies and uniforms, Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations, Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies and procedures, Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs, Operate department equipment and report malfunctions, Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs, Encourage and build mutual trust and cooperation among team members, Develop goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work efficiently, Celebrate and learn from successes and failures, Communicate areas that need attention and ensure understanding, Coordinate cleaning programs in all food and beverage areas, Follow property-specific second effort and recovery plans, Remain readily available and approachable for all team members, Demonstrate knowledge of brand-specific service culture, Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectations, Serve as a role model for appropriate behaviors, Manage day-to-day operations with quality and standard adherence, Take proactive approaches to guest concerns, Set positive examples for guest relations, Review guest satisfaction results with employees, Respond promptly to customer service requests, Provide information to supervisors and coworkers as needed, Analyze information and choose best solutions, Perform hourly job functions when necessary, Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times, Understand budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
