Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Associate degree preferred
- Must be able to obtain a Food Manager's certification and TABC certification
- Minimum of 4 years of food & beverage management experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, early mornings, nights, and holidays
- Capacity to work in various weather conditions including sunlight, high temperatures, or rain
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull over 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, or balance occasionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a high-volume guest-focused environment
- Strong analytical and strategic purchasing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and inventory systems
- Industry experience in water or theme parks preferred

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in product optimization and strategic purchasing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with POS and Inventory Systems
- 4 years industry experience (Water Park, Theme Park, or related entertainment) strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department to ensure exceptional guest service and departmental profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, labor, food, and alcohol regulations by conducting regular audits and safety checks
- Ensure all food & beverage locations have sufficient team members, supplies, training, and support with a focus on leadership and team development
- Manage food and beverage product lifecycles including ordering, portioning, rotation, and cost control according to budget guidelines
- Manage labor costs, coordinate staffing, and approve schedules to maintain operational efficiency
- Create, update, and approve purchase request orders and assist with vendor bid processes and documentation
- Monitor, maintain, and approve the Food & Beverage Department's safety, sanitation, hospitality SOPs, recipe documentation, execution, quality controls, and training materials
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- Supervise the resolution of guest complaints and train leadership to ensure a positive guest experience
- Oversee training, supervising, and evaluating team members and leadership for operational efficiency
- Conduct audits of food & beverage areas to identify operational and guest satisfaction enhancements
- Oversee monthly inventory to ensure accuracy and assess product quality
- Collaborate with sales to support and execute year-round special events
- Assist with developing service programs, upselling strategies, and incentives to drive sales
- Provide recommendations to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Partner with HR to recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members and leadership
- Identify and address operational and equipment issues through collaboration and troubleshooting
- Maintain and update POS systems, including menu setup, pricing, mobile ordering, and digital menus
- Conduct system checks and generate reports to verify operational accuracy
- Support front-line operations as needed, leading by example
- Perform other duties as designated by senior management
