Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage management

  • Knowledge of financial management in hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
  • Experience in guest service and engagement

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team

  • Assist in managing financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • Support daily operations and optimize workflow efficiency
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
