Job Requirements

  • Passion for food and beverage industry
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary education is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work 24-hour operations

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless service
  • Anticipate operational challenges and swiftly implement solutions
