Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service and food quality
- Monitor inventory management, outlet reservations, and occupancy
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and report generation
- Supervise and develop team member performance including scheduling and evaluations
- Meet and greet guests and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
