Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service and food quality
  • Monitor inventory management, outlet reservations, and occupancy
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and report generation
  • Supervise and develop team member performance including scheduling and evaluations
  • Meet and greet guests and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
