Job Requirements

  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Previous experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong food and beverage background in a multi-unit setting
  • Previous hotel experience preferred

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing all food and beverage operations including guest service, quality, inventory, reservations, systems, budgeting, marketing, reporting, and department management
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation while monitoring cost and portion controls
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, recognition, and rewards
  • Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally, and resolve guest concerns
  • Monitor service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
