Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably within hotel environment
- Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Proficiency in inventory and cost control management
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management in a multi-unit setting
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and operational management
Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations and occupancy, systems management, budget and forecasting, marketing, report generation, department management and meeting participation and facilitation
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
- Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and resolve guest concerns
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
