Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in a multi-unit or hotel environment
  • Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Strong food and beverage background in a multi-unit setting
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in staff recruitment and development

Job Duties

  • Assist in management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations, systems management, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, reports, department management and meetings
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations and recognition
  • Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
