Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in a multi-unit or hotel environment
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and motivate a large team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Strong food and beverage background in a multi-unit setting
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting and inventory management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in staff recruitment and development
Job Duties
- Assist in management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, outlet reservations, systems management, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, reports, department management and meetings
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations and recognition
- Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues promptly and efficiently
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
