Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old to serve and pour alcohol in California
- commitment to follow food safety protocols
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnights
- ability to push, pull, and carry moderate weight
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- strong emotional intelligence
- must be team-oriented and dynamic leader
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years in food and beverage management
- wine and beverage knowledge preferred
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead and mentor staff
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- guest-focused and personable
- ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Duties
- oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- schedule and forecast staffing needs
- train and coach front of house team
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
- coordinate special events
- complete weekly payroll and tip distribution
