Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- One year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and Micros
- Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate
- Ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operation of the Pantry, Beanery, Toy & Candy, Pico Taco, Zambonis, and other activations
- Train line level colleagues to ensure seamless and luxurious guest service
- Manage schedule and payroll for employees
- Communicate information to the service team to empower them
- Ensure a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department
- Supervise performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of service team
- Monitor and respond to customer experience opportunities in real time
