Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One year of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and Micros
  • Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have or obtain a valid DLC certificate
  • Ability to stand or walk up to 10 hours per day
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operation of the Pantry, Beanery, Toy & Candy, Pico Taco, Zambonis, and other activations
  • Train line level colleagues to ensure seamless and luxurious guest service
  • Manage schedule and payroll for employees
  • Communicate information to the service team to empower them
  • Ensure a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department
  • Supervise performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of service team
  • Monitor and respond to customer experience opportunities in real time
