Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proven leadership, training, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with new concept implementation a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned outlets
  • Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage colleagues
  • Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes
