Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with new concept implementation a plus

- maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality
- continuously evaluate and improve operational processes
