Job Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • ability to accurately read and work with computer systems
  • strong customer service skills
  • one to two years' previous experience in a manager or assistant manager position in food and beverage
  • required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

Job Duties

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers
  • work and grow in various restaurant outlets on the property
  • provide recognition and handle guest complaints and special requests
  • ensure quality of food, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • collaborate with management and culinary teams to design menus and wine lists
  • control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
  • observe and recommend facility and equipment improvements
