Job Requirements
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- ability to accurately read and work with computer systems
- strong customer service skills
- one to two years' previous experience in a manager or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers
- work and grow in various restaurant outlets on the property
- provide recognition and handle guest complaints and special requests
- ensure quality of food, ingredients, and preparation methods
- collaborate with management and culinary teams to design menus and wine lists
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control
- observe and recommend facility and equipment improvements
