Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • knowledge of wine and beverage service preferred
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • understanding of food safety protocols
  • legal age for alcohol service in California

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years in food and beverage management position
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overnights
  • team player and dynamic leader
  • commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in California

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • schedule staff and forecast inventory needs
  • train food and beverage team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • enforce all operating procedures
  • coordinate special events at the hotel
  • manage food and beverage cost control
