Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in food and beverage management position
- wine and beverage knowledge preferred
- strong communication and analytical skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to food safety protocols
- legally authorized to serve alcohol in California
- capable of coordinating special events

Job Duties
- Oversee scheduling of food and beverage staff
- forecast food and beverage needs and costs
- train and develop team members
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- enforce all hotel operating procedures
- coordinate special events within the hotel
- monitor food and beverage cost control
