Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in food and beverage management position
  • wine and beverage knowledge preferred
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to food safety protocols
  • legally authorized to serve alcohol in California
  • capable of coordinating special events
  • effective team leadership skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee scheduling of food and beverage staff
  • forecast food and beverage needs and costs
  • train and develop team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • enforce all hotel operating procedures
  • coordinate special events within the hotel
  • monitor food and beverage cost control
