Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
  • must be strong communicator
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overnights
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance laws
  • experience with food and beverage cost control helpful
  • commitment to food safety standards
  • must be legally able to serve alcohol in California

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management position
  • wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible schedule
  • team player and dynamic leader
  • commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in CA

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
  • schedule and forecast staffing needs
  • train food and beverage staff
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operating procedures
  • coordinate special events at the hotel
  • manage food and beverage cost control
  • maintain strong communication and leadership within the team
