Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
- must be strong communicator
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overnights
- knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance laws
- experience with food and beverage cost control helpful
- commitment to food safety standards
- must be legally able to serve alcohol in California
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management position
- wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
- schedule and forecast staffing needs
- train food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operating procedures
- coordinate special events at the hotel
- manage food and beverage cost control
- maintain strong communication and leadership within the team
