Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management
  • knowledge of federal, state and local food and beverage regulations
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and overnights
  • legal age to serve alcohol in California
  • commitment to following food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in F and B management position
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
