Job Duties

  • ensure exceptional guest experiences and overall satisfaction throughout all service periods
  • coordinate required team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and service updates
  • lead daily pre-shift (pre-meal) meetings with service staff to review expectations
  • supervise floor operations and assist with service execution as needed
  • monitor service flow, timing, and guest interactions to ensure smooth and efficient dining experiences
  • ensure all team members maintain proper uniforms and professional appearance
  • monitor, evaluate, and maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
  • promptly handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional, solutions-focused manner
  • assist in creating and maintaining weekly staff schedules
  • ensure all departments are properly staffed
  • oversee cleanliness, setup, and functionality of all service stations, equipment, and dining areas
  • ensure all side work and closing duties are completed accurately and checked off by management
  • support seating and table rotation during peak periods
  • assist with guest seating as needed
  • maintain up-to-date menus and ensure specials and signage are accurately displayed
  • track guest feedback, surveys, and comments to identify and implement service improvements
  • uphold Omni standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the restaurant
  • promote menu items and implement upselling strategies to support revenue goals
  • assist in achieving financial targets through effective labor management and cost control
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor liability laws and company policies
  • support front-of-house operations by coordinating with kitchen, stewarding, and cashiering teams
  • perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
