Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous restaurant manager experience required
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide training and supervision of all personnel including assistant managers and supervisors
- Ensure prompt, courteous service complying with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies
- Conduct daily pre-meal meetings with service staff
- Supervise floor operations during service
- Monitor timing of guest experience
- Handle guest complaints to satisfaction
- Maintain smooth running operation
- Create weekly schedules for Front of the House staff
- Coordinate scheduled adherence of kitchen, stewarding and cashier staff
- Ensure side-stations are fully stocked and side-work is completed
- Maintain beverage machine functionality
- Manage station rotations in seating
- Assist in seating or service as needed
- Coordinate dining room functions during service
- Monitor productivity and performance of service staff
- Critique quality and consistency of food product
- Ensure proper posting of special boards and descriptions
- Check food quality and presentation from kitchen
- Maintain food displays during service
- Monitor guest satisfaction comments regarding food and service
- Recognize and attend to repeat guests
- Review daily reservations and VIP lists
- Handle special attention details appropriately
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and atmosphere
- Enforce staff uniform and appearance standards
- Inspect tabletops, side-stations and tray stands regularly
- Inspect menus daily
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and good condition
- Maintain neat and orderly work areas
- Adjust lighting and music appropriately per meal period
- Control restaurant profitability through cost management
- Perform positive up-selling with service staff
- Expedite table turnover and resetting
- Implement sales promotions and merchandising programs
- Be familiar with beverage procedures and assist cashier
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Know emergency procedures including CPR and prevent accidents
- Enforce liquor liability laws
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
