Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- ability and willingness to maintain a current Food Handlers and RBS certification
- ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- keen attention to detail
- ability to multitask
- strong organizational skills
- previous food and beverage experience
- previous supervisory experience

- ability to compute basic mathematical calculations (cash handling)

Job Duties
- Assist banquet manager during banquet events
- assist outlet managers during heavy outlet time periods
- accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously
- assist in properly training staff to execute Omni service standards
- accurately communicate new menu items and promotions to staff
- communicate with guests and solicit their feedback, address issues as needed
- observe staff interactions with guests
- train and correct staff as needed
- review and understand financial information
- accurately maintain a cash bank
- interact with other departments as needed to ensure guest needs are satisfied
- maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
- close out banquet event orders/checks at the end of events
- close and/or open outlets for daily operations
