Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • ability and willingness to maintain a current Food Handlers and RBS certification
  • ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
  • keen attention to detail
  • ability to multitask
  • strong organizational skills
  • previous food and beverage experience
  • previous supervisory experience

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (alcohol service)
  • ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • ability and willingness to maintain a current Food Handlers and RBS certification
  • ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English with guests, vendors and staff
  • ability to compute basic mathematical calculations (cash handling)
  • keen attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
  • previous food and beverage experience
  • previous supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Assist banquet manager during banquet events
  • assist outlet managers during heavy outlet time periods
  • accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously
  • assist in properly training staff to execute Omni service standards
  • accurately communicate new menu items and promotions to staff
  • communicate with guests and solicit their feedback, address issues as needed
  • observe staff interactions with guests
  • train and correct staff as needed
  • review and understand financial information
  • accurately maintain a cash bank
  • interact with other departments as needed to ensure guest needs are satisfied
  • maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
  • close out banquet event orders/checks at the end of events
  • close and/or open outlets for daily operations
