Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in food and beverage leadership preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years prior food and beverage leadership experience preferred
  • Refined written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage service in an upscale environment preferred
  • Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team player abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Train, develop, and promote team members fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Inspire and lead team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve high employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate on innovative strategies to enhance revenue and effectively manage costs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as internal procedures
  • Manage scheduling and operational logistics across multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Engage in casual conversations with guests to enhance overall experience
