Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in food and beverage leadership preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- 2 years prior food and beverage leadership experience preferred
- Refined written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service in an upscale environment preferred
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team player abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Train, develop, and promote team members fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Inspire and lead team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve high employee satisfaction
- Collaborate on innovative strategies to enhance revenue and effectively manage costs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as internal procedures
- Manage scheduling and operational logistics across multiple food and beverage outlets
- Engage in casual conversations with guests to enhance overall experience
