  • 2 years prior food and beverage leadership experience preferred
  • refined written and verbal communication skills
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • service oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
