Job Requirements

  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to manage food and beverage operations efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet business demands
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience within food and beverage operations
  • Experience as a high-volume server or bartender in a high-volume upscale restaurant
  • Working knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and spirits
  • Familiarity with POS systems and reservation management software
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling guest concerns professionally
  • Previous hotel and fine dining experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, and inventory management
  • Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
  • Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests and issues in a timely and friendly manner and resolve guest concerns
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and make improvements accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
