Job Requirements
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Ability to manage food and beverage operations efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience within food and beverage operations
- Experience as a high-volume server or bartender in a high-volume upscale restaurant
- Working knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and spirits
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation management software
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling guest concerns professionally
- Previous hotel and fine dining experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in the management of all food and beverage operations including guest service, food and beverage quality, and inventory management
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation and monitor cost and portion controls
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, requests and issues in a timely and friendly manner and resolve guest concerns
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and make improvements accordingly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
