Job Duties
- Directs and organizes food and beverage department activities to maintain high quality and service standards
- Plans and directs administration and daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Implements controls for food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
- Maximizes profits through exceptional customer service and effective marketing
- Supports team development and fosters a positive work environment
