Job Duties

  • Directs and organizes food and beverage department activities to maintain high quality and service standards
  • Plans and directs administration and daily operations of the food and beverage department
  • Implements controls for food, beverage, and labor costs
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
  • Maximizes profits through exceptional customer service and effective marketing
  • Supports team development and fosters a positive work environment
